Award Winners: 2007 China Best Call Centre Awards
24 September 2007 - Last week in Beijing (18-19th September), the Call Centre Association of China (CNCCA) hosted a two day symposium and 2007 China Best Call Centre Awards event. The symposium and Awards evening were attended by over 500 delegates from China and abroad. The Awards evening was attended by industry executives, Government officials and parties related to the Chinese contact centre industry.
